Dear Graduands and Graduates, past or present I am sending you this as an opener and a reflection of what the world has to offer. "It is true that sometimes the wisest tips don’t come from experts, but from real people with real stories". Katrina Davies. Here are my favourites:

View the area of your study, know much about it and work towards it as an area of investment in the cooperate world and remember there is potential in economic growth for sustainable solutions.
Always seek to create sustainable solutions so you can empower young people, they are the strength of tomorrow. Empowering young people will bring about effective and efficient transformational development in society and the World.

Learn to cultivate their growth and passion to self development. Their passion is a driven force, with it they can achieve extraordinary results to make the world a better place.
Also remember taking action is a fight towards despair and an antidote towards frustration. As you all are stepping into this world, there are massive challenges you are bound to meet, but some of those challenges are bed rock of opportunities which can sprung up at any time so be vigilant in your approach and learn to understand the systems before you and how you can cultivate your way through and establish yourself towards growth and development.

The decisions you have made in the four years of your course shows you are indeed ready to showcase your potential not just in earning a certificate or diploma but choosing a career pathway for your future.
Those decisions are fundamental to your actions, so when you are called to serve in a leadership position, you will contribute immensely to the development of society and the World at large.
Know this, the struggles you may face tomorrow is part of your growth and development.
Remember you are equipped with modern knowledge and you have also trained your mind to think and understand much of what has been said to you over the years.

Whatever skills you have cultivated in those years of study will give you an opportunity to understand the world, think critically and adapt to changes. but continue to work hard, why? because success is never in a straight line there are setbacks, rejections and failures but that doesn't mean you are at your end or that is all life has to offer you.

Challenges can either shape you or break you depending on what you think or do about it. Never succumb to the issues of life for they are temporary, whatever you need to do is already within you, you only need to nurture it for sustainability.
